Paneer Manchurian

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Serves: 2 serving


  • Fresh paneer – 100 gms
  • Oil – 3 spoons
  • Garlic cloves – finely chopped – 1 tea spoon
  • Green chilli – finly chopped – 1
  • Cabsicum – roughly chopped – ½
  • Onion – 1 medium
  • Soy sauce – 1 tea spoon
  • Red chilli sauce – 1 tea spoon
  • Vinegar – 1 tea poon
  • Tomato ketchup – 1-2 tea spoon
  • Salt – to taste


Step 1: Cut paneer into cubes and fry them on a pan with a spoon of oil till they turn golden brown

Step 2: In the same pan add another 2 spoons of oil. Once the oil is hot add garlic, onion and chilli and saute them.

Step 3: Once the onion turns brown add capsicum, soy cauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, salt and ketchup and toss them together.

Step 4: Finally add paneer cubes and saute them all together. Optionally you can add spring onions and savour them  🙂
