Yes, Paneer Manchurian

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2 serving
- Fresh paneer – 100 gms
- Oil – 3 spoons
- Garlic cloves – finely chopped – 1 tea spoon
- Green chilli – finly chopped – 1
- Cabsicum – roughly chopped – ½
- Onion – 1 medium
- Soy sauce – 1 tea spoon
- Red chilli sauce – 1 tea spoon
- Vinegar – 1 tea poon
- Tomato ketchup – 1-2 tea spoon
- Salt – to taste
Step 1: Cut paneer into cubes and fry them on a pan with a spoon of oil till they turn golden brown
Step 2: In the same pan add another 2 spoons of oil. Once the oil is hot add garlic, onion and chilli and saute them.
Step 3: Once the onion turns brown add capsicum, soy cauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, salt and ketchup and toss them together.
Step 4: Finally add paneer cubes and saute them all together. Optionally you can add spring onions and savour them 🙂
